About the Role:

As a Navy Chaplain, you will be part of a holistic team working with Chaplains and pastoral carers from other faith groups. Your primary responsibility will be to minister to all Navy members and their families, serving where Navy personnel are, both at sea and ashore.

Requirements:

  • Be an Australian Citizen.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Theology, Ministry, or equivalent.
  • Have at least two full years of pastoral care experience since ordination or equivalent.
  • Obtain faith group endorsement from the appropriate member of the Religious Advisory Committee to the Services.
