About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our Cloud Business Solutions team at Atturra. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in evaluating end-user business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and developing and implementing the appropriate technical solutions.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative technology and driving customer transformation. You will be responsible for working effectively in a fast-paced team environment, working with relational databases and data migration concepts, and learning and growing under the guidance of a mentor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide testing support in projects when required.
  • Analyse requirements to solve our customers problems and provide solutions.
  • Document outputs of workshops/requirement gathering sessions.

What will make you successful in this role?

Technical Requirements:

  • Extensive Business Analysis experience
  • Experience in working with Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) will be highly regarded
  • Must be an Australian Citizen at minimum to apply
  • Must have effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to effectively recognise and adapt to change.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.
