Part Time Retail Beauty Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Beauty Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for beauty and the retail industry, and be available to work a variety of shifts including weekdays and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:- Support store management in driving sales and profit through exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.
- Take the time to learn customers' needs and recommend fantastic products that make them feel good.
- Uphold company values and vision while ensuring adherence to procedures and policies.
- Offer expert advice to customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.
- Previous retail experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport with customers.
- Be a team player and open to receiving daily coaching / feedback from your Store and Assistant Manager.
- Have a genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
- Be confident in reaching store targets and sales.
- Contribute to our joyful collective by being an agile, tenacious and optimistic team member.
