Beauty Product Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to support our store management team in driving sales and revenue growth through exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.



About the Role
  • This role involves taking the time to learn our customers' needs and recommending fantastic products that meet their requirements.
  • The successful candidate will uphold our company values while ensuring adherence to procedures and policies.
  • Offering expert advice to customers and providing an inspirational insight into our products and philosophy is essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the store management team in achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Providing exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.
  • Learning and developing product knowledge to recommend suitable products to customers.


Requirements
  • Previous retail experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport with customers.
  • A team player with a willingness to receive coaching and feedback from managers.
  • A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
  • Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
