About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be involved in all stages of the transaction process from origination through to completion. This includes preparing industry research and market mapping to assist in identifying potential new clients or targets for private equity and corporate buyers.

You will also contribute to engagement planning and project management ensuring that deliverables meet the project timetable. Additionally, you will build strong client relationships and engage with transaction stakeholders and advisers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Two to five years' full-time work experience preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Bachelor-level academic qualification(s) in accounting, commerce, finance, or law.
  • Strong numeracy and written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive attitude curiosity to learn and desire to contribute to a highly motivated team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
