The RoleWe are seeking a Lead Clinical Team Member to join our enthusiastic team. This role involves providing day-to-day line management and operational supervision to the team, ensuring that clients receive high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise the team members, promoting effective collaboration and communication within the team
- Provide clinical expertise and secondary consultation to staff and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
- Collaborate with Senior Clinicians and Management to ensure policy and procedure implementation across the organization
For this role, we require:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in mental health, alcohol and other drugs or social work
- Demonstrated experience working in alcohol and other drugs, mental health or community services, with a focus on leadership and team management
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
