Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill a key role within our organisation. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and on a 24x7 rotating roster.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring customers for signs of problematic gambling behaviour and alcohol-related issues. They will also be required to build professional relationships with customers, staff, and external services, negotiate outcomes to support people to play within their means, and provide support to staff in identifying and reporting gambling-related harm.
