Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, your role will involve applying your clinical reasoning skills and expertise to support the rehabilitation journey of our clients. You will work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor personalized rehabilitation plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans that address clients' specific needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, case managers, and employers, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making adjustments to rehabilitation plans as needed.
