Advanced Reconstructive Microsurgery Fellowship

This is an exciting opportunity to further your skills in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, particularly in Advanced Reconstructive Microsurgery.

  • As a Fellow, you will work closely with our team of experienced plastic surgeons to develop and refine your surgical skills.

In this role, you will have the chance to:

  • Gain hands-on experience in microsurgical reconstruction for breast, head & neck cancer and upper limb reanimation in tetraplegic patients.
  • Support and mentor junior colleagues in clinical and operative care of patients.
  • Collaborate with unit consultants to oversee and direct the clinical management of patients.
  • Undertake emergency and elective surgery independently and facilitate emergency operating.

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be a registered Medical Practitioner in Australia with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated interest, and appropriate training and experience applicable to the field of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
