About the Role:

SJ Personnel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Staff member to support our daily operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and ensuring the smooth running of daily office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily office operations, including managing office supplies and maintaining a professional work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for customers and clients.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to produce certificates and reports for completed work.
  • Coordinate internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage external stakeholder relationships and serve as a point of contact for external stakeholders.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, including toolbox meetings, and circulate action items.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a building or construction firm.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
