Collaboration and Partnership Coordinator

This role is an opportunity to coordinate an effective service system response to high and complex needs, particularly in trauma cases.

  • Engage with and work effectively with the broader service system to ensure information exchange between service providers and government agencies for quality services, efficiency, and prevent unnecessary statutory intervention.

This is a Full-Time opportunity based in Darwin within our NT Services Program. The position reports to the Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster sector partnership and collaboration based on evidence and focused outcomes.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination among stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Aboriginal culture and values, as well as awareness of current issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people, and their families.

A Bachelor's degree with specialization in Social Work, Child Development, Psychology, or a related subject area is required. A Master's qualification is preferred.
