We are seeking an experienced Case Management Specialist to join our team as a Caseworker.
About the Role:- You will work closely with young people and their families, providing initial referrals and ongoing support in various situations.
- This involves helping individuals build confidence and develop vital community-based skills to overcome challenges.
- In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will contribute to breaking cycles of social difficulties and hopelessness that can lead to offending and recidivism.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders from different backgrounds.
