Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and develop the capability of individuals across our chapter, contributing to the uplift of the Chapter's maturity through SME knowledge and by driving and fostering collaboration across the Chapter to create a culture of sharing, learning and problem solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the capability of individuals across the chapter
  • Contribute to the uplift of the Chapter's maturity through SME knowledge and by driving and fostering collaboration across the Chapter to create a culture of sharing, learning and problem solving
  • Formulate hypotheses to validate customer problems and define clear learning objectives that will inform product roadmap and prioritisation decisions
  • Apply expertise to support prioritisation, balance trade-offs, and explore strategies to successfully achieve business outcomes
  • Accountable for addressing impediments, driving decisions and resolving escalations and act as the voice of the business and translate this for the team
Requirements
  • Good experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate Desktop (ideally be certified), Powershell, .Net and Azure
  • Experience designing mature automation solutions using CICD pipelines for deployment and exposure to automated testing patterns
  • Strong people leadership skills to lead, develop, motivate team and help them grow providing direction and guidance as required
  • Possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Analytical thinkers, problem solvers and are able to deliver outcomes manoeuvring through inter-dependencies that are both internal and external
