The Talent Delivery Partner position involves serving as a Senior Recruitment Business Partner in the IT recruitment space.
Key Responsibilities- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including talent pools, professional networks, and job boards.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all candidates meet the required standards before allocation, involving detailed reference checks and maintaining CRM systems.
- Candidate Screening: Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience for IT contract roles.
- Interview Coordination: Arrange logistics and provide interview details for a seamless process.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Provide timely updates, feedback, and support to candidates.
- Talent Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and market conditions.
- Performance Metrics Tracking: Monitor performance against established operating metrics.
To be successful in this role, applicants should possess:
- Previous IT agency recruitment experience or at least 12-months in an agency Recruitment Consultant role.
- Strong proficiency in headhunting campaigns and sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
