The Role

Are you passionate about connecting great talent with great opportunities? We're on the hunt for two dynamic Recruitment Specialists to join our team and play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier candidates across a diverse range of roles.

In this role, you'll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, implement strategic recruitment plans, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish. You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from writing compelling job ads to conducting first round interviews and negotiating offers.

You'll create and post engaging job advertisements, source candidates through various channels and screen resumes and provide shortlist recommendations, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You'll provide advice, clarification and guidance on the ABC Enterprise Agreement (EA) and recruitment policies to ensure consistent application and interpretation of ABC's recruitment processes, and adherence to EA requirements.

With proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, you'll have the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously, with a track record in meeting tight deadlines.

You'll have demonstrated experience using an e-recruitment system as well as proven success sourcing candidates. Previous experience or knowledge interpreting an enterprise agreement will be highly regarded.

A proactive and adaptable mindset with a strong customer service focus is essential to the success of this role, as is exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain rapport with internal and external stakeholders, including candidates.
