">- A career-defining opportunity has arisen for a skilled Dam Design and Operations Expert to join our industry leading Dams team.
About the Role
">We are delivering some of Australia's most critical water infrastructure projects, with major investment in dam infrastructure and long-term partnerships with dam owners nationwide.
">You will contribute to feasibility studies, design, construction, and asset management, collaborating with specialists nationally and internationally to develop sustainable water solutions and mentor the next generation of engineers.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Mechanical engineering design for dam operations and equipment integration.
- Inspection, investigation and condition assessment of existing dams.
- Construction support services including inspection of works, evaluation of quality control and quality assurance data and construction reporting.
- Preparation of tenders and proposals & providing mentoring.
Requirements
">- Demonstrated capability in mechanical design, including the preparation of design reports, design drawings and specifications, ideally within the dam industry.
- You are positive, and see challenges as opportunities to innovate, collaborate and grow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You enjoy developing and nurturing relationships with internal stakeholders, clients as well as the local industry, whether through project work, client initiatives or industry associations.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (essential).
