As a Production Team Leader, your primary responsibilities will include coordinating daily operational activities and addressing issues, including administrative tasks. You will also ensure the team adheres to Dangerous Goods Regulations.

In this role, you will play a key part in promoting continuous improvement plans, which will be an integral part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will support the Production Management team by leading, coaching, developing, and organizing production personnel to deliver results in areas such as SHEQ, Customer Service, and Operational Performance.

To excel in this position, you will require technical and process knowledge of the area and previous exposure to an industrial environment. A completed or ability to complete a Coaching Skills course equivalent to Level 2 is preferred, as well as experience with SAP and a Forklift license.
