Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing a large portfolio of distribution centres across Australia, ensuring the implementation of strategic direction and standards into site operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion facilities management standards across the entire distribution centre (DC) property portfolio.
  • Provide strategic and operational support to teams focused on construction & facilities management.
  • Lead the rollout and optimisation of facilities management platforms.
  • Ensure effective use of compliance and safety systems.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices where relevant.
  • Oversee legislative compliance and lease obligations across all sites.
  • Drive repair and maintenance projects to timely completion.
  • Promote cost-effective procurement and consistent practices to maximise efficiency.
Requirements
  • Around 8-10 years of experience in Facilities Management with a focus on industrial/warehouse and distribution centres.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement abilities across various teams.
  • Demonstrated project management skills on medium to large-scale projects.
  • Flexible and agile approach to work with a developing portfolio.
  • Regular domestic travel required.
