About this Role

As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee and manage various aspects of horticultural activities and operations. This role involves leading a team of professionals and ensuring efficient and safe operations at multiple commercial sites.

The responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of 10 Team Leaders, 5 Team Members, and 5 Apprentices.
  • Developing and implementing best practices for workplace safety and fostering a culture of risk management within the team.
  • Providing constructive feedback and support during performance reviews to aid in the professional growth of team members.
  • Identifying and promptly reporting workplace health and safety (WHS) issues to the State Manager or WHS Advisor for timely resolution.
  • Participating in scheduled toolbox meetings to discuss safety updates, share insights, and address concerns.
  • Conducting regular WHS inspections to identify potential hazards.
About You
  • Must hold a Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens.
  • Hold a valid White Card and Working With Children Check, or be willing to obtain.
  • Have a valid Drivers' license and prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role with demonstrated ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Be committed to adhering to a strict safety protocol.
