Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient and safe operations to minimize risks and maximize productivity.
  • Develop and implement effective safe work practices to maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to optimize team performance.
  • Raise Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) issues promptly to ensure swift resolution.
  • Participate in scheduled toolbox meetings to enhance communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct thorough WHS inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent qualification.
  • A valid White Card demonstrating your commitment to workplace safety.
  • A valid Working With Children Check, or a willingness to obtain one.
  • A valid driver's license for easy transportation to job sites.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of success.
  • A strong commitment to implementing and maintaining safe work practices.
