Patient Experience Director

About the Role:
This is a leadership position that requires expertise in enhancing patient and carer experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve patient, carer and consumer experiences throughout the district.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of contemporary issues, challenges and directions for human, patient, carer and consumer experiences within NSW Health and broader national and international domains.
What You Will Need:
- Tertiary qualification in a related field or equivalent experience in leadership in patient and carer experience, project management in healthcare environments or a combination of work and study.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and managing patient, carer and consumer experience programs in healthcare settings.
- Strong analysis skills at senior management level, with a track record of formulating new approaches, leading change initiatives and improvement strategies that resulted in significant enhancements in healthcare delivery.
- High-level written and oral communication skills, consultation, negotiation, facilitation, presentation, consensus building and stakeholder management skills.
