  • Develop and deliver national licensing, accredited, and non-accredited training programs for Team Global Express (TGE) Driver Training Academy
  • Induct drivers in TGE operating procedures and familiarization with specific vehicles and equipment for safe operation
  • Assess driver's competency under the Vocational Education Training Framework and Verification of Competency (VOC) Program to the required standard and set timeframe
  • Induct drivers in operating procedures and familiarization with specific vehicles and equipment for safe operation within expected timeframes
  • Assess driver competency as part of pre-employment checks and send reports of outcomes and actions within expected timeframes
  • Complete an investigation of any driver incident as requested, implement, and follow up any corrective actions within expected timeframes
  • Record training and assessment activities accurately within the Learning Management System

  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and information technology (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in using business systems such as Learning & Transport Management Systems
  • Available to travel as and when required
