We are seeking a skilled supplier management professional to join our team.

As a key member of our Operations Supplier Management (OSM) group, you will play a critical role in managing relationships with third-party service providers across EMEA, Asia, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee suppliers providing back and middle office support services
  • Maintain agreements, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and fee schedules with internal stakeholders
  • Lead performance reviews and benchmarking to ensure high-quality services and strategic alignment
  • Manage due diligence for new suppliers, including site visits and reporting
  • Presentation of supplier insights to governance forums, ensuring regulatory compliance
Governance & Risk
  • Conduct risk assessments aligned with sourcing policy and best practices
  • Monitor risk profiles and ensure ongoing due diligence
  • Maintain accurate supplier data and comply with regulatory registers
  • Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to align with global frameworks
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Background in supplier management or procurement, preferably within financial services
  • Knowledge of operational and enterprise risk, audit, and regulated environments
  • Familiarity with fund operations and corporate sourcing
  • Experience with supplier oversight tools, risk registers, and global outsourcing frameworks
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Analytical and proactive mindset, with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
