We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our sales team in Brisbane.

The role of the position is to provide administrative assistance and support to the Sales Manager and the Sales Team. This will cover the coordination of administrative tasks and provide relevant reports as required.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Identifying optimal purchasing options (cost and efficiency) for new and used sales projects.
  • Organizing sub-contractors to assist with new and used sales projects when necessary.
  • Coordinating equipment and attachment additions to new and used sales projects when required.
  • Keeping the sales team informed of progress or delays in workshop processes.
  • Gathering correct information from sales representatives for specification plate requests.
  • Assisting in reconciling stock takes.
  • Liaising regularly with suppliers for updates on outstanding orders.
  • Updating delivery reports and ETAs from the factory.
  • Preparing and presenting weekly pre-delivery reports on units ready for delivery at sales meetings.
  • Compiling and completing all necessary information for completion of sales kits, covering submissions to head office, raising call numbers, workshop order submission, pro forma/final invoicing, and PD follow-up.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (good Excel and Word skills) are essential.

  • You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
