Front-of-House Assistant

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks at once. As a Front-of-House Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the front-of-house area, taking orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  1. Take orders from customers, manage cash transactions, and operate point-of-sale systems with ease
  2. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers
  3. Prepare and cook kebabs, sides, and sauces to high standards, adhering to food safety guidelines
  4. Pitch in with dishwashing and cleaning tasks to maintain a spotless kitchen and dining area
  5. Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer needs and resolving any issues efficiently
  6. Assemble food to the highest standard every time, ensuring presentation is appealing and appetizing

Requirements:
  • Reliable, fast on your feet, and calm under pressure
  • Prior hospitality or kitchen experience is highly valued
  • Friendly, customer-focused, and team-minded individual
  • High energy, great attitude, and a love for delivering exceptional service
  • Solid work ethic and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
