Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with business partners to better understand our products, improve data insights, and enable informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the business to translate needs into actionable solutions, including designing tables, building dashboards, defining metrics, conducting ad hoc analyses, and performing deep dive investigations.
  • Perform strategic analysis and research to identify opportunities for business improvement.
  • Create data visualizations to effectively communicate analytic results across the organization.
  • Build scalable automation solutions using SQL, dashboards, and other tools to drive efficiency and leverage.
  • Develop strong communication skills to effectively partner with leaders and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 4+ years of industry experience in data analytics.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering).
  • Strong analytical and data skills, including top-notch SQL skills.
  • Good communication skills to effectively partner with stakeholders.
  • Strong business sense and ability to navigate complex requirements.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

  • Lead Data Analyst: $145,000 - $192,500.
