Key Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will provide operational guidance and leadership on warehouse tasks and responsibilities, fostering a culture of efficiency and productivity.
  • A strong communicator, they will conduct and lead operational meetings, including toolbox talks, weekly team huddles, and individual meetings.
  • They will review employee timesheets to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying areas for improvement.
  • The successful candidate will be proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency, streamlining processes, and collaborating with the leadership team to implement change.
  • They will oversee the receipt and documentation of incoming shipments, verifying the condition of items and ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Goods and materials will be stored in designated locations, utilizing proper shelving, pallets, and storage methods to maximize space and maintain inventory control.
  • The candidate will coordinate and oversee the pick and pack of orders, prioritizing customer satisfaction and internal requisitions.
  • They will manage and maintain inventory records, conducting regular cycle counts and participating in periodic physical inventory audits.
  • The successful candidate will operate and maintain warehouse equipment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
  • They will participate in safety toolbox talks and observations, demonstrating a commitment to health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) excellence.
