Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough mental health assessments and risk assessments in an outpatient setting
- Maintain professional, accurate and contemporaneous client file notes, assessments, care plans and all other documentation pertaining to client's management
- Work collaboratively with General Practitioners to manage clients with severe and complex mental illness
