Strategic Public Affairs Lead

As a Senior Professional in this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the communications strategy for our clients. This includes developing and executing integrated campaigns that drive results. Your expertise in public policy and government relations will enable you to navigate complex landscapes and influence positive outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting leadership in delivering communications strategies, developing advocacy programs, building relationships with stakeholders, and managing crisis situations. You will also be responsible for monitoring business developments and providing insights to clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to read the room with clients and colleagues. You should have confidence in presenting ideas and providing strategic counsel to clients, including senior stakeholders. Problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, as is commercial acumen with budgeting and financial management experience.

In addition to your technical skills, you should demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality solutions within budget and timeframe. You should maintain strong media relationships in the relevant market by topic area.
