At SHAPE, we are seeking a skilled Regional Manager to join our Victorian leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the safe, profitable, timely and high-quality delivery of projects in Geelong.

SCHAPE is a national, ASX-listed fit out and construction services specialist with more than 600 people across our 10 branches. We have been delivering exceptional experiences and inspiring spaces for our clients across various sectors, including commercial, education, health, hospitality, government, defence, and retail.

About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead multiple projects and drive future growth through networking and marketing activities. You will work alongside our Victorian leadership team to manage project delivery, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives and improve performance
  • Monitor project finances, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and increase profitability
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery and excellent client service
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, project management)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or fit-out industry
  • Proven track record of leading teams and achieving business objectives
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
