We are seeking a talented Creative Team member to join our dynamic team in Sydney. As an established Creative partnership, you will develop cutting-edge creative campaigns, driving some of our agency's most ambitious clients/brands forward.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize, develop, and deliver world-class creative campaigns, contributing to thought-leading on creative concepts, direction, and tone.

- Collaborate closely with Creative leaders and our broader team, as well as clients and stakeholders, to bring cross-channel campaign elements to life.

- Take ownership of project delivery, proactively ensuring quality and care, seeing work through to final delivery phases.

Ideal Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in a creative agency environment.

- Strong understanding of photography, typography, digital/social, and print principles.

- Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator CC, with ability to work at pace on own concepts (Art Director).

- Strong storytelling ability, turning insights into narrative and effective creative solutions for clients (Copywriter).

- Excellent understanding of marketing and design principles.

- Commitment to meeting client needs and delivering high-quality work.

- Experience across the full creative channel ecosystem and customer journey mapping from a creative perspective.

- Agile environment experience and fluid approach to work comfort.

- Ability to present concepts and proposals to various audiences, adapting approach to suit needs.

- Positive mindset and strong collaboration skills.

- Interest in design, culture, technology, and innovation.
