Role Overview

This role involves harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to transform the way marketing is approached. As a creative strategist, you will have the opportunity to tap into insights through Large Language Models (LLMs) and ideate with tools like Meta AI.

The goal is to produce content that resonates with our audience while building systems of ideas that feed our auction and maximize our discovery engine to deliver results that drive business growth.

You will develop strategies and solutions to drive engagement, build awareness, and ultimately, drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help set creative direction and build strategic plans that prioritize the biggest opportunities for business results
  • Help build crucial relationships and influence with client teams across sales, creative, and agency — positioning us for success with large-scale companies
  • Educate, consult and scale creative solutions that inspire, influence and drive client objectives
  • Operationalize creative data, metrics and insights-driven approaches that identify the right creative challenges and blockers, track progress, and deliver long term sustainable progress
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with a degree in marketing, communication, digital art, graphic design
  • Creative experience in performance marketing/advertising from working at creative agencies, in-house creative teams, platforms, tech companies, or non-traditional content creators
  • Experience in public presentation and influencing clients and agencies
  • Knowledge of AI solutions and tools for marketing and advertising
