Job Description:

The FourQuarters Recruitment team is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to lead a critical data project in the Financial Services space.

This role requires the successful candidate to spearhead the analysis of the current state of data as the organisation rolls out a new product. Key responsibilities include data source analysis, data quality mapping, and data visualisation, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements gathering from key stakeholders and application to complex data landscapes
  • Data analysis on complex superannuation data sets, including mapping source to target data
  • Designing and developing ETL scripts to drive data quality
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to drive project success
  • Automation of data processes, including coding and data visualisation
  • Data quality and integrity validation, including testing
  • Summary reporting and process improvements

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analysis, including data loading, mapping, ETL, and risk management
  • Strong SQL querying skills, including stored procedures, select/join, and table functions
  • Preferably some experience with data visualisation and BI tools
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and basic coding experience
  • Data migration strategy experience, including risk management and AFSA Accreditation
  • Ideal experience in superannuation and financial services, including systems and business functions
