As an IPS Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting a team of Employment Specialists to deliver the IPS program. This program helps young people experiencing mental health challenges transition into meaningful employment or education.
">This role involves providing operational supervision, ensuring high-quality, client-centred, and recovery-oriented care. You will maintain program fidelity, coordinate fidelity reviews with IPS Works, and manage Annual Work Plans in collaboration with the Department of Social Services.
">You will have the opportunity to combine leadership and impact by guiding a dedicated team while empowering young people to reach their goals.
">Key Responsibilities• Provide supervision and mentoring to team members using a strengths-based approach.
">• Demonstrate experience working within a fast-paced environment.
">• Possess knowledge of the employment services sector, Centrelink, and other State and Federal employment initiatives that impact vulnerable members of our community.
">• Show extensive knowledge of issues that impact young people when accessing employment and/or educational opportunities.
">• Develop linkages with employers or networks related to employment of young people.
">• Demonstrate ability to set, monitor, and achieve team goals as well as individual and organisational goals by effectively managing time, prioritising tasks, keeping an updated diary, and ensuring key deadlines are met.
">Requirements• Hold a current drivers license or be willing to obtain one.
">• Obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC) and a National Police Clearance.
">• Have knowledge and experience in using the Microsoft suite of software and databases.
">• Possess an appropriate qualification in a relevant field.
