About the Role:

  • As an Industrial Sales Representative, you will work closely with our Directors to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial real estate market.
  • You will be responsible for conducting discovery calls, phone prospecting, and following up on leads to drive sales and leasing growth.
  • With a focus on customer service and relationship-building, you will work with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • You will also be responsible for managing a database of clients and prospects, conducting market research, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Some experience in real estate, either residential, commercial, or industrial, is essential.
  • You will need a Certificate of Registration or RE License, as well as a valid driver's license and car.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
