Business Intelligence Data Analyst Position

This role involves working with the Technical Analysis team, which is responsible for providing technical support and business analysis services within the Information Technology division.

  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements, taking into account upstream/downstream impacts relevant to business processes.
  • Functional Design Development: Work with architects, developers, and service delivery staff to develop user story-based functional designs.
  • Testing Support: Develop and/or support system test case creation, conduct and/or support system test execution, provide UAT and production implementation support.
  • Professional Standards Compliance: Provide realistic estimates and deliver within these estimates (time and budget), comply with audit and security requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of technical business analysis experience, preferably in the Financial Services Industry. They will also have experience working with data, data warehouse, and writing SQL queries.

This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and technical skills, including Agile experience and use of ALM tools such as QC, TFS, or Jira.
