Responsibilities:

  1. To provide expert clinical practice with a patient-centered approach.
  2. To react promptly and effectively to emergency situations.
  3. To possess knowledge of training and teaching methods.
  4. To develop rapport with patients and co-workers through interpersonal skills.
  5. To collect samples and perform laboratory procedures following guidelines.
  6. To provide routine, urgent, and emergency care.
  7. To triage and advise patients within scope of practice.
  8. To check blood pressure and weight, perform EKGs, draw blood, and collect urine samples.
  9. To manage documentation including mail, lab, and x-ray reports.
  10. To maintain clinic standards for care delivery.
  11. To manage sterilization and utility rooms.
  12. To complete organizational compliance training for accreditation and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of registered/nurse licensure experience.
  • Licensed to practice nursing in Australia.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current CPR certification.

Work Environment:

  • Work primarily in an indoor environment.
  • Sitting and standing for extended periods.
  • Bending, stooping, and lifting up to 15 lbs.

Additional Requirements:
