Senior Construction Supervisor Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Construction Supervisor to join our professional team in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily construction activities ensuring smooth project delivery
  • Manage sub-contractors and trades personnel effectively
  • Prepare and implement defect reports for quality control
  • Ensure all work is carried out efficiently and to a high standard of quality
  • Monitor OH&S standards and compliance
  • Liaise with the Project Manager to ensure the construction program is met
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Trade background is highly desirable
  • Circa 10 years'+ experience in a similar role
  • Proven people management skills with ability to motivate and drive teams
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead by example
  • Possess a solid work history with long tenure in roles
