Process Standards Manager

We are seeking an experienced Process Standards Manager to join our team. As a Process Standards Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process modeling standards and methodologies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop process modeling standards and methodologies: Create and maintain comprehensive process modeling standards and methodologies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Audit processes: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established process standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Mentor key partners: Provide guidance and support to key partners in enhancing process quality and adherence to standards.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Defining and maintaining process modeling standards and guidelines: Develop and maintain process modeling standards and guidelines that align with industry best practices.
  • Improving end-to-end process redesign methodology and playbooks: Enhance and refine the end-to-end process redesign methodology and playbooks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Managing enterprise-wide rollout, configuration, and administration of BPM platform: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and administration of the BPM platform across the organization.
  • Migrating legacy process content to centralized process repository: Transfer legacy process content to a centralized process repository to improve accessibility and standardization.
  • Implementing process documentation and lifecycle governance frameworks: Develop and implement process documentation and lifecycle governance frameworks to ensure consistency and transparency.
  • Leading training, onboarding, and enablement initiatives for BPM adoption and process excellence: Design and deliver training programs to enhance BPM adoption and process excellence.
  • Maintaining secure, structured, and accessible enterprise-wide process repository: Ensure the integrity and security of the enterprise-wide process repository.
  • Defining and implementing quality audit program for assessing process maturity, compliance, and documentation quality: Develop and implement a quality audit program to assess process maturity, compliance, and documentation quality.
  • Communicating audit findings and corrective actions: Share audit findings and recommend corrective actions to improve process performance.
  • Providing day-to-day leadership and supervision to junior BPM analysts: Supervise and mentor junior BPM analysts to ensure their growth and development.
  • Training and supporting business collaborators and process excellence team members: Deliver training and support to business collaborators and process excellence team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
