Delivery Model Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the implementation of high-performing teams and foster a culture of innovation within our delivery ecosystem. You will design and deliver impactful learning experiences on our OWOW for Delivery model, partnering with global resources and local experts to drive transformative change.

  • Prioritize initiatives to embed the OWOW for Delivery model across our organization, ensuring seamless adoption and sustainable growth.
  • Develop and deliver supported and self-service learning experiences on the OWOW model, leveraging global resources in collaboration with HR and local experts to build consistent delivery capability.
  • Empower the use of our global learning assets, tailoring them to local needs to create a unified delivery ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with OCIO and Tribes to implement standardized toolsets, ensuring alignment with global and local standards to drive efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent reporting of delivery metrics across our ecosystem, supporting data-driven decision-making to inform strategic initiatives.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working in an Agile environment, driving business value and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide Agile transformations, leveraging expertise to drive cultural shift.
  • Proven coaching skills, empowering teams to achieve high performance.
  • Deep knowledge of several agile methods, frameworks, and concepts (e.g. Scrum, XP, Lean Software Development, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe).
