About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as the Chief Executive Officer of Insight Business Solutions Pty Ltd. As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading our Australian operations and driving business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute the Australian Market Entry Strategy
    • Define and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for the Australian branch, ensuring alignment with the global business model of providing reliable and actionable business information.
  • Lead the Successful Market Entry and Sustainable Growth of the Company's Product in Australia
    • Lead efforts to expand the company's presence in Australia, building relationships with key stakeholders across financial institutions, legal entities, and businesses, identify growth opportunities, new markets, and strategic partnerships.
  • Drive Business Development and Growth in the Australian Market
    • Drive revenue and market share through the promotion of platform services, such as Business Partner Evaluation, KYC procedures, Financial Analysis, Market Research, and Fraud Prevention, tailored to the Australian market.
  • Build and Lead the Australian Development and Sales Teams
    • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing development and sales team, ensuring alignment with both short-term objectives and long-term growth strategies in product development, service delivery, and market expansion.
  • Lead Australian Operations and Product Localisation
    • Oversee the localisation and adaptation of the Saa S platform to meet the specific legal, regulatory, and market requirements of Australia.
  • Engage in High-Level Stakeholder Management
    • Serve as the key representative of the Australian branch to investors, government authorities, clients, and partners.
  • Oversee Financial Health and Growth of the Australian Branch
    • Manage the financial health and performance of the Australian operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to budgets, and alignment with overall company profitability and growth objectives.
  • Ensure Compliance with Australian Regulations and Standards
    • Ensure that the Australian branch operates in full compliance with local laws, including corporate governance, financial reporting, KYC, and data privacy standards.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in Technology, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
    • Advanced Degree (Preferred): MBA or a Master's in a relevant field to enhance strategic and leadership capabilities.
    • Certifications (optional but beneficial): Certifications in leadership, strategic management, or entrepreneurship (e.g., Executive Leadership Programs).
  • Experience
    • Leadership Experience: at least 5-10 years of experience in leadership roles, with a track record of driving business growth and innovation.
    • Experience in leading a startup or high-growth company, particularly in tech, data, or Saa S environments.
    • Industry Knowledge: understanding of data analytics, technology platforms, and regulatory environments related to KYC/UBO verification, or financial services.
    • Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOX).
    • Business Development and Strategy: proven experience in developing and executing business strategies, securing funding, and scaling operations.
    • Experience in building strategic partnerships and managing stakeholder relationships.
    • Financial Management: experience in financial planning, budgeting, and managing company finances.
    • Technical Expertise: in-depth knowledge of data management, data analytics, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
    • Experience with modern technologies and tools relevant to the project (big data technologies, machine learning, AI).
