Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical data audits, trend analysis, and report delivery to inform strategic decision-making
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and develop action plans to address gaps in care
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and family engagement
- Investigate feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and improved service delivery
Requirements:
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Successful experience in a leadership role within residential aged care
- Sound knowledge of aged care standards and regulatory compliance
