**Job Title:** Senior Aged Care Professional

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who can provide guidance and support to our Wellness Partners and Service Coordinators.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- To work collaboratively with management, employees and clients to deliver high quality service and improve health, wellbeing and independence.
- To ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, including but not limited to the Home Care guidelines and Standards identified in the Aged Care Act 1997.
**Requirements:**
- 5 years experience in case management
- Prior leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
