Our multidisciplinary team delivers evidence-based clinical services to individuals with developmental delay and/or disability. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing day-to-day clinical services, delivering services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), and engaging in and leading clinical work that is guided by evidence-based practice.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical services to clients with developmental delay and/or disability.
  • Develop and communicate innovative ideas for improvement.
  • Recognise and support cultural, spiritual, and neurodiversity of customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives.

You will be responsible for developing and communicating innovative ideas, recognising and supporting cultural, spiritual, and neurodiversity of customers, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives. You will also participate in staff supervision processes, student placements, and be solution-focused, honest, and responsive to new directions and program requirements.

In this role, you will have opportunities to make a real difference in the lives of children and adults with developmental delay and/or disability. You will be part of a cohesive and supportive multidisciplinary team with ongoing supervision and opportunities for professional development.
