Field Staff Role Overview

Maid2Match is a leading National Cleaning provider with a proud family-owned history. We are now seeking Field Staff to join our permanent team across Australia.

This role involves domestic cleaning, NDIS disability support cleaning and other services such as DVA cleaning and deep/spring cleaning. If you have a reliable car and a valid driver's license, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Domestic cleaning and other services such as NDIS disability support cleaning and DVA cleaning
  • Deep/spring cleaning and bond cleans which can be opted in/out of
  • Working independently with minimal supervision
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A reliable car and a valid driver's license
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
  • The ability to lift and carry heavy cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Basic first aid training
