  • Support for New Projects:

Assist with asset logging, documentation, and reporting for a new childcare industry client operating across 4 locations, expanding to 60 with the same standards and processes used in current operations.

  • General Administrative Support:

Provide ongoing assistance with maintenance scheduling, document management, compliance follow-ups, and reporting tasks as needed.

  • Daily Communications:

Submit Start-of-Day (SOD) and End-of-Day (EOD) reports via email to keep the team informed on progress, pending tasks, and any concerns.


Requirements:
  • Experience with SimPro and Rapid Global or similar platforms
  • Background in HVAC, construction, or facilities admin preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
