About the Role

Platinum Pacific Partners, a prestigious Financial Services business, is seeking an experienced HR professional to join their dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition and Learning Support Specialist. This 9-month contract role presents an exciting opportunity to expand your HR knowledge and develop valuable skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and events to ensure seamless delivery of programs
  • Managing training calendars and resources to maximize efficiency without compromising the presenter or user experience

In addition, you will work closely with the LMS Administrator and Academy team to:

  • Set up and configure the Learning Management System (LMS) software tailored to Academy needs
  • Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot LMS-related issues during the implementation phase

You will also assist facilitators with formatting and organizing training content for delivery through various channels, collect feedback from training participants, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.

  • Proven communication and relationship management skills are essential, coupled with a willingness to learn and develop, and the ability to work under pressure and prioritize

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
