Our mission is to foster an inclusive community where individuals with disabilities thrive.

We are seeking motivated and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team in Southwest Sydney and Southeast Sydney on a casual basis.

This program allows you to build connections between the local community and people living with disabilities across various age groups through activities such as arts, crafts, sporting events, cooking, and more.

To achieve this, you will participate in indoor and outdoor activities, promoting social inclusion and connection. You will also have the opportunity to work with school leavers, provide after-school care, and develop vacation programs that cater to the needs of participants.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be passionate about participating in a wide range of activities
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to build professional relationships with participants, families, and other stakeholders
  • Show initiative and drive to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Have or be willing to obtain a valid Working with Children's Check and NDIS workers screening check prior to commencing work
  • Be flexible and available to work across the Sydney region
