Commercial Broker Relationship Manager

**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Broker Business Development team at Macquarie Bank Limited. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with commercial brokers to drive business growth.
Your key responsibilities will include achieving monthly sales targets, converting broker opportunities, managing a portfolio of brokers, and delivering exceptional client experiences. You will also work closely with our dedicated business banking team to position Macquarie's business banking and commercial lending solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need experience in a sales environment within financial services, with strong commercial credit and analytical skills. You will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and have a proactive approach to achieve results.
