About the role

The primary purpose of this role is to execute Connective's member growth strategy, focusing on both acquisition and retention across three key audiences (residential, asset finance and commercial). This includes developing and executing targeted acquisition programs to grow broker membership, as well as driving broker engagement and retention through programs and campaigns that enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role works closely with the broader Marketing Team to leverage digital channels for maximum impact. It maintains an operational focus, ensuring the efficient and effective execution of activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the development of the acquisition and retention strategies for residential, asset finance and commercial brokers.
  • Plan, execute, and manage acquisition and retention campaigns including timelines, budgets, channels, success metrics, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Develop and deliver communications and content that align with the acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Leverage data and industry insights to drive targeted marketing initiatives that attract new brokers and enhance engagement and loyalty among existing members.
  • Develop and maintain a reporting dashboard to track key metrics aligned with acquisition, retention, and campaign performance.
  • Monitor and report on social media campaigns and other paid media to assess effectiveness and optimise activities.
  • Actively creating close working relationships with key internal stakeholders.

About you

You have at least 5 years of digital media experience and are ready to take on your next challenge. You are experienced at developing and executing marketing campaigns and have worked with CRM software (ideally Dynamics) and social media platforms. You are digital, proactive and get a kick out of working as part of an innovative, dynamic and driven team. You'll have relevant qualifications in Marketing or a related field and have:

  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills.
  • Strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills and are well versed in the use of data, content, and technology to influence customer behaviour.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deliver effective results in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong willingness for continuous improvement.
